ArcelorMittal Flat Carbon Europe (FCE) announced to hike its price for steel flats by €50/ton further in order to reflect increased steel prices in international market.

It’s known that ArcelorMittal FCE increase its prices for all steel flat products by €20/ton in mid-December.

In fact, the steel demand isn’t improved in European market recently. However, the increased prices of scraps and steel products in international steel market have supported ArcelorMittal FCE to raise prices.

Nevertheless, the price rise may be unfavorable to buyers since most of buyers completed the replenishment in in the fourth quarter of last year.
